Luke Skywalker and Leia Organa are brother and sister and often referred to as the Skywalker Twins. They were both very close friends before they learned they were siblings.

Throughout the first film and since her brother's disappearance, Leia had been searching for her brother and desperate to bring him home.
Brother and sister were finally reunited on Crait in The Last Jedi, but only for a brief time.
Even as spirits, they were reunited in death, appearing to Rey when she was on Tatooine, who chose to live on as Rey Skywalker, considering the Skywalker siblings her real family.
